Executive Research

  • All assignments will be managed by specialists and subject matter experts. They will be your contact point during the course of the research cycle.
  • No research work will be released or outsourced to third parties. At initiation of the project, a discussion on the candidates, their backgrounds and profiles will take place.
  • A list of suitable candidates will then be created. This short listing process can take between 2-4 weeks depending on the nature of the search and candidate profile sought. The short listed candidates will then be approached for the roles. During this process, a weekly or bi-weekly report will be provided outlining candidate responses to the role and organization.
