Step 1: Understanding the clients need with regard to business activities.

Step 2: Mapping of job requirements with the candidate competencies including job descriptions, experience and other relevant details.

Step 3: People Mapping - We utilize our resources, networks and our databases. We advertise selection and recruitment outsourcing to develop on initial candidate list.

Step 4: Pre-Screening - We evaluate candidates with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and find the suitability & interests of the candidate.

Step 5: Interviews - The most suitable candidates will prepare a detailed CV and evaluation summary. Upon feedback from the Head of HR, a final shortlist will be created.

Step 6: Reference Check - We will conduct detailed reference checks on the candidates you wish to hire.
